After a 20 year international corporate career resulted in burnout in 2010, Nicole retrained as a Holistic Health Coach and began her mission to end Death by Desk (an epidemic of burnout) and positively impact the lives of 1 million women by 2022.
Through her visibility platforms, online media channels, in print-publications and in-person events, Nicole works tirelessly to support and promote other women in business.
Nicole is a sought after international speaker, passionate about inspiring women to be seen, be heard, grow their confidence and their businesses without burning out, motivating and inspiring her audiences to implement work and lifestyle strategies that result in greater resilience and more success with less stress.

- For her work in the Middle East, Nicole was Awarded the Chief of Defence Force Commendation by Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd) for critical relationships she managed in the Middle East that resulted in successful outcomes of four Australian Defence Force missions

She is an award-winning collaborator who has made her mark and set the foundations of digital success for many iconic brands.
Bindi has consolidated her experience in digital communications, community radio and the lessons learnt from running her own small business for 9 years to bring the vision and mission of Hot & Healthy in Business to life as the Creative Communications Director.
Her mission is to inspire through spreading the message globally to end death by desk and to be hot in business and healthy for life, particularly for women in small business.
She is also the Producer and Host of the Hot & Healthy in Business Podcast, bringing you courageous conversations with experts in mindset, fuel and success strategies. In alignment with the Podcast, Bindi is also Editor of the Hot & Healthy in Business Magazine.
Stephanie is a CPA qualified accountant with over 10 years experience across commerce, corporate finance, mid-tier firms and the big 4. She is passionate about helping small businesses grow and providing them with the accurate and timely data they need to do just that. Stephanie’s key skills are developing business plans and cash flow models. Stephanie is also a qualified personal trainer, competitive powerlifter and figure competitor.
Renee Bailey is the Catchup Leader Coordinator, ensuring that our global team of volunteers are well supported in their roles and in turn can provide the high level of support our attendees need to thrive.
Renee is the owner and founder of Homegrown – Gourmet, Harvest, Gardens and she wants to change the way we, grow, shop, cook and think about food. She is a qualified Permaculture Design Consultant, self-taught cook, sustainable food advocate and entrepreneur.
